I am Paul Grant, company director of Orchard County Property Ltd, a property company focused on providing high quality housing for our tenants and also offering private investment strategies.
Orchard County’s property journey began in 2007, when we first started investing in properties part-time. Over the course of the last twelve years we have successfully built up a small portfolio, including property both here in the UK and abroad. In order to increase our portfolio, and replace the income from my previous full time job, we are hoping to continue this property problem solving activity and help people get a good return on their money.
Thankfully, we have been able to achieve all of this, and begin our latest journey to becoming a full time property company, due to being surrounded by an excellent support team. We are networked with like-minded individuals and are also being mentored by experts in the field, and we hope that this will benefit our small, but ever-growing, company over the upcoming years.
